This website is operated by Andrew O'Leary (contact: hello@fertela.agency), who acts as data controller for the personal data described below. Full identification details are in the legal notice.
This site sets no cookies and contains no forms. We process personal data only when you contact us: (a) by email, and (b) by booking a consultation through the Google appointment scheduler linked from this site, which asks for your name, email address and clinic name. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange and hold the consultation. We do not collect patient or health data through this site.
We rely on taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Email and scheduling are provided by Google Ireland Ltd under Google Workspace, acting as our processor. This site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.); as with any web host, GitHub may process visitor IP addresses in server logs for security and operational purposes. We do not have access to, and do not use, any visitor analytics.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter only as required for applicable legal limitation periods.
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data, request portability, or object to processing, by writing to hello@fertela.agency. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
